We currently collect the following data to provide and improve our services:

• Approximate Location Data: To suggest curated routes and nearby points of interest based on your vicinity.
• Device & Usage Information: Including device type, OS, IP address, and app interactions to maintain security, troubleshoot bugs, and improve app performance.
• Account & Authentication Information: If you choose to create an account, you can log in via Email/Password or Third-Party Single Sign-On (SSO) providers (e.g., Google or Apple). We securely store your login credentials (like your email address) to synchronize your data across devices. When using SSO, we receive basic profile information (such as your email) necessary to authenticate you, but we never have access to your passwords from these external services.

3. Third-Party APIs & Data Processors

We utilize several third-party services to power SwiftPath's core features. These services act as sub-processors of your data:

• Supabase: Serves as our backend infrastructure for secure database management and user authentication.
• Google Maps & Places API: Used to render interactive maps and fetch location details (photos, descriptions). Your IP address and dynamic location may be securely transmitted to Google strictly for these purposes.
• Nominatim / OpenStreetMap: Used for geocoding and translating coordinates into readable location names.
• Cloudflare: Used for hosting our legal documents and securing our network traffic against threats.

4. AI Transparency & Processing

SwiftPath utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms (including Supabase AI / Google Gemini) to curate custom travel routes and smart recommendations.

• How it works: Your approximate location and requested travel parameters are transmitted to the AI service to generate tailored itineraries.
• Privacy Guard: We do not feed personally identifiable information (like your full name or email address) into the AI models. Your locational context is strictly anonymized and used exclusively for the purpose of algorithmic route generation.

5. Your Rights under GDPR (Art. 13)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), you have the following rights regarding your data:

• Right of Access (Art. 15): Request a copy of your personal data.
• Right to Rectification (Art. 16): Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to Erasure (Art. 17): Request deletion of your data (e.g., by deleting your account inside the app).

• Supabase: Dient als Backend-Infrastruktur für sicheres Datenbankmanagement und Benutzerauthentifizierung.
• Google Maps & Places API: Zur Anzeige interaktiver Karten und zum Abrufen von Ortsdetails (Fotos, Beschreibungen). Ihre IP-Adresse und Ihr dynamischer Standort können zu diesem Zweck sicher an Google übertragen werden.
• Nominatim / OpenStreetMap: Verwendet für Geocoding und die Übersetzung von Koordinaten in lesbare Ortsnamen.
• Cloudflare: Zum Hosting unserer rechtlichen Dokumente und zum Schutz unseres Netzwerkverkehrs.

4. KI-Transparenz und Verarbeitung

SwiftPath verwendet Algorithmen der Künstlichen Intelligenz (KI) (einschließlich Supabase AI / Google Gemini), um individuelle Reiserouten und Empfehlungen zu erstellen.

• Funktionsweise: Ihr ungefährer Standort und Ihre Reisepräferenzen werden an den KI-Dienst übermittelt, um maßgeschneiderte Reiserouten zu generieren.
• Datenschutz: Wir übermitteln keine personenbezogenen Identifikationsdaten (wie Ihren vollständigen Namen oder Ihre E-Mail-Adresse) an die KI-Modelle. Der übermittelte Kontext wird streng anonymisiert und ausschließlich zur algorithmischen Routengenerierung verwendet.
